We present the first characterisation of an exoplanet atmosphere with the ground-based NTT/EFOSC2. We obtained a transmission spectrum of the hot Jupiter WASP-94Ab in the optical (3900 - 7100 Å), revealing a sodium absorption feature and a Rayleigh slope.
